About
Puro LA started as a way to show the version of Los Angeles that doesn't fit in a windshield — the hills lighting up behind the Strip, the grid going gold right before it goes dark. No talking head, no studio. Just a drone, golden hour, and a street worth naming.
The account has grown past 21,000 followers on that formula alone — and the audience it's built skews toward people who used to live here, people who've never been, and people who thought it looked exactly like the video game.

Coverage of a live stunt — a person living inside a billboard on Sunset Blvd for 48 hours to promote a Netflix film — grew from one post into a three-part series as the story unfolded. Combined, the series has pulled 2.4M+ views, entirely organic, no paid boost.
"I heard Netflix paid the guy 75k to stay there for 3 days." — top comment, 300+ likes
